Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

2. The service

Dreamful Life provides a coaching and personal-development platform including educational content, questionnaires and evaluations, connections between clients and coaches, courses, and certification tracks. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn over time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts and paid adult assessments are for users aged 18 or over. The EPICUROS free youth test is intended for younger users with the awareness and, where appropriate, consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account.

4. Nature of coaching — important

Coaching, questionnaires and evaluations on the Platform are non-clinical personal-development tools. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional care or diagnosis. If you are in crisis or need clinical help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; uploading harmful or unlawful content; attempting to gain unauthorised access; disrupting the service; or scraping or reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law.

6. Payments, pricing and refunds

Some items are paid (for example the €5 self-evaluation and the €3 “Meet Yourself” test, and paid courses). Prices are shown before purchase and payments are processed by Stripe. For paid digital content and assessments that are delivered immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the result or content has been delivered, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. Where a right to a refund exists by law or where a service was not delivered, contact us at the address above.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its content, methodology, course materials, trademarks and software are owned by DEFFINTECH PCC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our content without permission.

Trademarks. “Dreamful Life”™ and “EPICUROS”™, together with the Dreamful Life logo and related names, logos and slogans, are trademarks of DEFFINTECH PCC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Software. The Platform’s source code, application programming interfaces and databases are proprietary and confidential to DEFFINTECH PCC. Except where an open-source licence expressly applies, you may not copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any part of the software or attempt to extract its underlying source, structure or data.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate and provide the service to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party providers (for example payment and infrastructure). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond our legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time; certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law) survive termination.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, and to your right to use EU online dispute-resolution mechanisms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version and material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
